The International Cricketers Association (ICA) is pleased to announce that it has successfully managed to secure a deal for one of its players, Johnson Charles of West Indies, with the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League 2023.
The IPL is one of the most prestigious cricket leagues in the world, attracting some of the best cricketing talent from around the globe. Johnson Charles has represented the West Indies in various international competitions, and has been a part of the World T20 winning squad of West Indies, twice. He is known for his aggressive batting style and has scored over 5000 runs in T20 cricket, including his fastest T20I hundred for West Indies. He has multiple T20 centuries this year and was also named MOTM in the final of Bangladesh Premier League 2023.
The Kolkata Knight Riders are one of the most successful teams in the IPL, having won the tournament twice in their history. Charles has replaced Liton Das in the KKR Squad.
